Site Configuration
Manage the three settings that shape how this assistant introduces itself, what it cites, and where it points people for church information. Changes save once and apply everywhere — chat page, embed widget, and ingest pipeline.
01
Site Name
The name used in the chat title bar, welcome message, and Sources footnote.
Appears wherever the assistant identifies itself. Keep it short — typically two or three words.
02
Active Sources
Library documents the AI is allowed to cite. Inactive sources stay in the database but are excluded from retrieval.

Loading sources from the Library…
Sources are loaded live from your vector database. Add new ones from the
Ingest page; remove them there too. This screen only controls which ones the AI is allowed to retrieve from.
03
Church Website
The web address the AI reviews for church information — service times, locations, give page, member info, and "am I welcome?" answers.
https://
The website the AI knows about. A weekly crawler reads this site (plus the paths below) and adds the content to the Library so the AI can answer questions about the church. Do not include
https://.Specific pages the crawler should fetch alongside the homepage. Use leading slashes. These become individual entries in the Active Sources list above (with source keys like
website:/give).Hostnames the crawler is allowed to fetch. The primary URL is added automatically. Add subdomains here (e.g.
blog.yoursite.com) if you want them crawled too. No https://, no paths — just hostnames.Weekly Crawler

Use after changing parsing rules or to recover from a bad run.
04
Auto-Ingest Sources
Feeds that refresh automatically every week. New content is detected, transcribed if needed, and added to the Library — appearing in the Active Sources list above.

Ingest Page Features
Optional behaviors that show up on the Ingest page. Off everywhere by default — turn on only what this site needs.
When set, this name is prefilled in the Creator / Host / Channel field on the Ingest page's YouTube / Podcast tab. Leave blank to require the user to type it each time.
